The Covid-19 pandemic has brought the world of travel and hospitality to an abrupt standstill. Cyprus was in full lockdown since 23rd March. Thanks to the prompt action of our government and our population, Cyprus has emerged from this pandemic relatively unscratched. In these challenging circumstances, we have been overwhelmed by the determination and loyalty of our colleagues in the Alasia Family who in spite of great personal sacrifice, are working hard to look after our hotel in anticipation of a return to business. As the situation around Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are actively making the necessary changes to our protocols to ensure we provide safety and flexibility for our guests. We wanted to reach out to you personally with information about what we are doing here at Alasia Hotel to support you and your travel plans. As always, the safety, security, health and well-being of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance and our highest priority.

Gradually, and always in line with directives from local authorities, we are going to reopen our hotel on the 8th of July 2020. We will of course be returning to a new normal, one for which we are well prepared. Alasia’s detailed health & safety protocol, with all measures implemented in all areas of our hotel, is available by pressing the link below. Some of these guidelines will be highly visible in the style and form of service we offer to our guests. Others are intended to address all areas of the hotel including those not visited by our guests. In all cases, the health of our guests and colleagues is the more important consideration. The desire to travel and go places will surely return, and we will be ready for you!

In anticipation, we have also updated our reservation and cancellation policies to provide more flexibility and peace of mind.

• • For guests making new individual reservations from the 1st of July 2020, and any future arrival date, changes or cancellations are permitted at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. This applies to all rates and packages booked on alasiahotel.com.cy
• • For reservations booked via online travel agents, please contact the booking provider for information on their policies.

For new Prepaid NonRefundable Reservations an Accommodation Voucher will be issued with a validity of 6 months as from original arrival date. Guests with existing reservations up to the 30th of June 2020 will be able to rebook with same Rate any time during the next 12 months. Dear Guests, normality will return, and on this, there can be no doubt. Meanwhile, we will remain vigilant in our practices and hygiene in all areas of our hotel, following directives issued by our local authorities. Above all, we will stay close to our colleagues and guests.
